A contract between you and LUNARI is only formed once we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched. Until then, we reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order (or any part of it), we’ll let you know as soon as possible and will not charge you for the unavailable items. If your payment has already been processed, we’ll refund you in full.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide us with a correct email address and that your mailbox is in proper working order. Please check any spam folders you may have for order communications.
Please be advised that we are unable to rectify mistakes you have made on your order so do check it carefully before checking out. Please see the section below for your rights to cancel.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include UK VAT. Delivery costs are added at checkout. We are unable to process VAT refunds directly for international orders. Customers may be able to recover VAT locally depending on their country’s tax rules.

We do our best to ensure all prices and product information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch in the event of a pricing error, even if you have received an order confirmation email. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
Product prices shown on our website may change from time to time, for example, if the product you are ordering is subject to a promotional discount or offer which is either applied or withdrawn during the selling period. Always check the item details carefully prior to placing an order including checking the prices for different colourways of the same item.
DELIVEY
We understand how important it is to receive your products on time, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. All UK delivery options are fully tracked, and a link to your tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
On the day of delivery, your parcel may arrive at any time between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. You may also receive an email from the courier with an estimated delivery time on the expected delivery date.
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes stated on our website. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, local events or other unexpected disruptions. Where possible, we will keep customers informed if this happens.
Please note that some items may be delivered separately, as orders may occasionally be dispatched from different locations. We kindly ask that you allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us regarding your order.
We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, storage facilities or PO Boxes, including services such as AddressPal, Aramex House or Parcel Motel. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to these types of addresses. Attempting to place an order using such an address may result in your order being rejected by our system, and your bank may temporarily hold the authorised payment amount for up to 10 days.
